An Expert Eye for Exceptional Homes
Who would be more qualified to judge a quality home than someone who has spent a considerable amount of time searching for superior homes around the Valley for a living? Christine Wagner knows a fabulous home when she sees one, thanks in part to her former occupation.
“I am a former producer for a local new home show that showcased homebuilders and housing developments around Las Vegas,” said Wagner, 36, who enjoys shopping, reading, hiking and going to the gym in her spare time. Now a sales executive with KLAS-TV Channel 8, Wagner used her expertise to find not one, but two dream homes with ASTORIA HOMES®.
“While I worked on the show,
we featured ASTORIA HOMES on
a few episodes,” said Wagner. “I really
liked what I saw. It’s such an exciting, positive
company with great homes to offer residents.”
Wagner bought
her first ASTORIA home two
years ago at Silverado Place. A first-time homebuyer
at the time, Wagner cited the Southeast location, upgrade
options and price as major selling points.
“This home was a very sound
purchase for me,” said Wagner. “I loved
the area and the size of the home I got for the price
was phenomenal. Now I am ready to graduate to something
a bit larger.”
Enter Verandas at The Peaks. Wanting
to stay in generally the same area, Wagner toured Verandas
and fell in love
with Residence 670, which features four bedrooms,
two and a half baths, a patio and two-car garage. In
all,
a 430-square-foot upgrade from her previous home.
“My new home is just amazing, especially the community feel with the pools and picnic areas,” said Wagner. “My favorite features in the home are the separate bath and shower, the patio, two-car garage and the huge master bedroom. Best of all, the home has complete landscaping that requires very little maintenance, which is key because my job at Channel 8 keeps me very busy.”
