New York Couple Makes ASTORIA HOMES’^®

For Ray and Barbara Esposito, Las Vegas has been a sunny playground for the New York City couple to run to during the cold winter months. After 12 years of faithful vacations, they decided to call Las Vegas home.

“There are two things that brought us out here from New York – the weather and the economy,” said Ray.

While Ray was busy clearing up business in New York, Barbara went about finding their perfect desert hideaway. Relying on Online search tools, Barbara selected a list of possible builders, which accompanied her on her house hunts.

“The first priority was deciding on the location,” said Barbara. “After I found this fabulous location, then I started to narrow it down to builders, and decided to go with ASTORIA.”

The couple, along with their dog Chloe, now reside in the beautiful plan #163 in ASTORIA
HOMES^®’ Villa Villagio at Seven Hills.

“We love how open and airy our home is,” said Ray. “The size, price and location – we just couldn’t go wrong buying this home.”

Sales representative Traci Sexton was instrumental in the Esposito’s transition from the Big Apple to their current home. From helping them choose the model that was right for them to informing them about ENERGY STAR features, Traci earned the adoration of the couple.

The Espositos are as pleased with their new home as they are with their neighborhood. Villa Villagio’s picturesque parks and charming walking trails are a favorite for the couple. The neighbors themselves are also a treat – Ray and Barbara appreciate the diversity of Villa Villagio’s residents.

“We have the best neighbors in the world,” Barbara added. “They say New York is the Melting Pot, but we say it’s Las Vegas."
