For Charlotte Beza, the floor plan of her home in The Hills suits her lifestyle perfectly.  A single mother with a bubbly personality, Charlotte enjoys throwing parties to entertain her wide circle of friends.

“This house has so much open space, but there are separated areas at the same time,” said Charlotte. “People can socialize in the living room, sing karaoke in the family room, and I’ll have food throughout the entire place.”

“Most people are very surprised by how beautiful the scenery is,” said Charlotte. “I feel very blessed to have this home and to be living here.”
